Sale
The agency's commission is 3% of the achieved amount of the purchase price of the property. It is determined when the agency contract is signed. In the case of clients with whom the agency has an exclusive brokerage contract, the commission is calculated in the amount agreed and shown in the contract.
The minimum amount of the broker's commission is 1,000 EUR.
Purchase
The agency's commission is 3% of the achieved amount of the purchase price of the property. The commission is charged by the buyer if agreed or if the agency has received a written or verbal order from the buyer to search for a property. In case the agency has an exclusive brokerage contract, the commission will be calculated according to the amount agreed and shown in the contract.
Exchange
The agency's commission is 3% and is collected from each party; the percentage is calculated from the value of the property that the party obtained in exchange.
Rent / lease
In the case of a rental or lease agreement (agreed rental period / lease up to 5 years), 100% of the amount of the monthly rent / lease will be invoiced by the landlord / lessor. The tenant / lessee will be billed for the same amount for the same agreed period of time. For contracts with a rental / lease term of more than 5 years, we charge 150% of the amount of the monthly rent / lease from the landlord / lessor and from the tenant / lessee. For clients with whom we have an exclusive brokerage contract, we charge the amount agreed and shown in the contract.
Hourly rate
The hourly rate for all activities that are not defined by the broker's commission is 35 EUR + expenses.
