The Parenzana - for an active holiday

The Parenzana is a former railway route, only 123 km long, which connected various places from Trieste to Poreč. It has not been used for railway traffic since 1935, and in the meantime it has been converted into a cycling and walking path that leads through the beautiful Istrian nature. Of course, you don't have to walk the entire length, but you can adjust the length of the trip to your own wishes and possibilities. The route is marked with road signs, easy to follow and a great choice for a holiday activity. You can find track details and current information on the site https://www.parenzana.net/en
